Aleksandr Mikheev

Aleksandr Mikheev is a seasoned clarinetist who has performed in a variety of ensembles and collaborated with orchestras in Krasnoyarsk and the Siberian region. He has also toured extensively as an orchestral musician in numerous countries including Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, China, South Korea, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Peru.

As a passionate teacher, Aleksandr Mikheev has conducted master and post-graduate courses in cities across the Krasnoyarsk region and beyond, including Divnogorsk, Uzhur, Zelenogorsk, Norilsk, Kyzyl, Abakan, Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk, Chita, and Surgut. He also supervises several children's music schools in the Krasnoyarsk region and is involved in projects with the KRTC (Krasnoyarsk Regional Research and Training Centre for Cultural Personnel) and schools for creative work with gifted children.

In addition to his teaching work, Aleksandr Mikheev is an accomplished author and editor of teaching and educational materials. His graduates have gone on to successful careers as teachers of the first and second levels of professional education as well as orchestral clarinettists in various cities throughout Russia and beyond, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ryazan, Kazan, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Tyumen, Norilsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Abakan, Yerevan, Abu-Dhabi, Pyatigorsk, Kysyl, Krasnoyarsk, and Uzhur.

Notably, Aleksandr Mikheev's students have participated in projects of the St. Petersburg Concert Hall and have won prizes in regional, all-Russian, and international competitions. His dedication to music and teaching has inspired countless musicians and his impact continues to be felt throughout the world.
